Hi! My name’s Alana, nice to meet you!
I thrive in roles that are funny, endearing, or freshly independent—even better if you throw in a hip-hop choreo.
I grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and when I wasn’t spending all my time doing community theatre, I was going to every coffee shop and thrift store in the area, searching for the best espresso and the best new piece to add to my closet.
While my location changed when I moved to Fort Worth, TX to get a BFA in Musical Theatre from Texas Christian University, my love for performance, coffee, and fashion didn’t. And along with that came a new passion for hip-hop dance!
That passion took me all the way to Seoul, South Korea, where I studied the Korean language for a semester and spent every minute I could taking class from the top Hip-Hop and Jazz Funk choreographers in the country.
Now, I spend my time teaching K-Pop Dance classes and honing my barista skills at a craft coffee shop, working toward the day I’ll get the perfect latte art swan.
I am now based in NYC.
